Parity's Privacy Policy

Calendar: Our apps may access and utilize calendar lists and event data (event metadata, dates, and user availability) from the connected service account.

Note that no calendar data is stored through this integration unless explicitly referenced in an email or email thread by the user or the language model.

This information is exclusively used to check availability and ensure there are no conflicting events when scheduling events.

We do not store any calendar data on our servers. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the calendar service from the app.

Emails: Our apps will record email messages only part of the email thread which our assistants are included in. This information is used to provide context to the language model.

Threads are encrypted and stored securely on the user's dashboard. Users can view and delete all threads at any time. Upon deletion, the data is immediately and permanently removed from our servers.

Extensive data security policies and practices are in place to ensure the safety and privacy of user data. Your emails are not shared with any third parties except select language model providers.

Emails cannot be read by any human. All data can be deleted at any time on the app dashboard.

User: For authentication functionality purposes, we securely store your Parity account credentials. These values are encrypted and stored securely. User-generated data is also stored securely.

We do not collect any personal information from users except for the email address provided during account creation.

We do not share any user data with third parties. We do not sell user data.

Language Model: In order to generate intelligent responses, our apps share specific email threads and calendar availability data with select language model providers.

Many requests and use-cases are handled by our internal, proprietary models. In these cases, no data is shared with third parties and all data is prompty deleted after processing.

Some requests are shared with select OpenAI language models. According to our agreement with OpenAI, all data is deleted within 30 days. No data sent to OpenAI is used for training, model improvement, read by humans, nor shared with third parties.

No detailed calendar information is shared with any third parties. Only availability (free or busy status during specific times) is shared.

Encryption: All requests to and from our services are encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) to communicate with our servers.

Storage: All data is stored securely in the cloud. We use industry-standard security practices to ensure the safety and privacy of user data. Users may request to delete all data at any time by disconnecting the calendar service and deleting all email threads or by contacting us directly.

Confidentiality: We do not share any user data with third parties. We do not sell user data. We do not read any email data. We do not store any calendar data. We do not share any detailed calendar information with third parties.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating this page.

Acceptance: By using our app, you signify your acceptance of this policy.

Misuse: We reserve the right to terminate access to our app for any user found to be misusing the app for any reason.
